How long does delivery take?

Every item is printed just for you, which takes 2–5 business days. Shipping is on top of that — typically 3–8 business days within Australia, longer for international orders. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships, and you can always check progress on the Track Order page.

What should my design file look like?

PNG or JPG, up to 10 MB. A PNG with a transparent background looks best on colored garments. Bigger is better — the design studio warns you if your image is too small to print sharply (we recommend an effective 150 DPI at your chosen print size).

Can I print on the back too?

Yes — in the design studio, switch to the Back tab and upload a second design. A back print adds a small surcharge shown before you add the item to your cart.

What are the garments like?

Tees are the Bella+Canvas 3001 — a soft, retail-fit staple. Hoodies are the Gildan 18500 heavy blend. Check the size guide for measurements; sizing is unisex.

What currency are prices in?

Everything is in Australian dollars (AUD), and the total shown at checkout — including shipping — is exactly what's charged to your card. No surprises.

What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?

Email support@teelagoon.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll reprint or refund it free — no need to send anything back. Full details in our returns policy.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders go to production quickly, so contact us as soon as possible — if it hasn't started printing, we can usually help. Once printed, we can't cancel it (it was made just for you).

Can I use any image I want?

You must own the rights to the artwork or have permission to use it — no brand logos, celebrity images, or copyrighted characters. See the content policy.
