What we collect

To fulfill your order we collect: your uploaded artwork, product choices, name, shipping address, and email. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe — they never touch our servers.

How we use it

Order data is used only to produce and ship your order, send you order updates (confirmation, tracking), and comply with legal obligations such as tax records. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment processing), our print-on-demand partner Printful (they receive your artwork, name, and shipping address to print and ship the order), and shipping carriers. Each processes your data under their own privacy terms.

Retention

Uploaded artwork is kept for 90 days after fulfillment (to handle reprints for defective items), then deleted. Order records are kept as required by tax law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact support@teelagoon.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

The storefront itself sets no tracking cookies. Stripe Checkout may set cookies necessary for fraud prevention and payment processing.
