1. What we do

TeeLagoon lets you upload your own artwork and order apparel printed with it. Items are made to order and shipped by our print-on-demand partner.

2. Your designs

You keep all rights to artwork you upload. By placing an order you grant us a limited license to store, reproduce, and print your artwork solely to fulfill your order. You confirm that you own the artwork or have permission to use it, and that it complies with our Content Policy. You are solely responsible for the content of your designs; we may refuse or cancel any order that appears to infringe someone else's rights or violate the Content Policy, refunding you in full.

3. Orders & payment

Prices are shown at checkout and charged in USD via Stripe. An order is accepted when payment succeeds. Because every item is custom-made, production begins shortly after payment and orders generally cannot be changed once submitted to production.

4. Shipping

Estimated production time is 2–5 business days plus transit time. Estimates are not guarantees; delays by carriers or the print partner can occur.

5. Returns

See our Returns Policy. In short: defective or damaged items are replaced or refunded; we can't accept returns of correctly produced custom items because they're made only for you.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
